Challenge : As technology is evolving, so are phishing attacks. Employees are becoming victims of phishing scams. The main challenge I solved is to help Bidvest Microfinance employees know, identify, and avoid phishing scams.

Solution: After thorough research and listening to Subject Matter Experts, I created an Articulate Rise 360 course This in-depth but quick online learning session helped the employees to know what is phishing, how to spot phishing attempts, and how to protect themselves from phishing attacks. This includes interactive learning and two various forms of quizzes.

Results: Bidvest Microfinance employees can quickly identify and avoid phishing scams. This has allowed the CEO, the Board, and Managing Director to fully trust their employees knowing their money is protected as well as their information.

Challenge: Final Cut Pro X is a popular video editing software in the content creation world. Content creators, such as yourself, use this tool to edit and finesse their videos for their viewer's pleasure. The main challenge I solved is to help beginner Youtubers on how to save and export from Final Cut Pro X and upload it onto their YouTube Channel.

Solution: I created an Articulate Rise 360 course to help beginner YouTubers on how to save and export their video content and uploading it on their YouTube channel. This e-course includes two videos (with voiceovers) and an infographic (created from Canva).

Results: Beginner YouTubers know how to save and export videos from Final Cut Pro X and upload their online video content unto their YouTube channel.
